Ski Bus Service Gets Under Way | Sports & Recreation

If you want to ski without driving to the mountain, you can take a bus from a couple of different spots in southern Nevada.

Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort began Friday its daily Ski Bus. Roundtrip fare is $20 per person, with priority given to travelers with reservations. Reservations can be made online at www.skilasvegas.com. For additional assistance, visitors can contact guest services at 385-2754.

Pickup points are:

• Town Square  (Whole Foods, south parking lot), 6605 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Pickup: 8:15 a.m.
• Santa Fe Station Casino (main entrance), 4949 N. Rancho Dr., Pickup: 8:45 a.m.

A return shuttle departs Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort at 4:15 p.m. 

Guests are advised to arrive at the clearly marked stops at least 15 minutes before departure time. The shuttle bus holds up to 50 passengers.
