Slidin' Thru Ready to Expand from Truck to Restaurants | Restaurants

A popular Las Vegas food truck is now moving into the restaurant zone.

Less than two years ago, Ric Guerrero was 25, unemployed and newly dumped (the latter inspired by the former). But he had an idea, inspired by his love of cooking, which became a food truck called Slidin' Thru. The truck hit the streets in March 2010.
