Prosecutors say in March of 2010, Clark confronted his wife over her relationship with her dance instructor. When she got in her car and left, Clark hopped in his Porsche and followed her, repeatedly ramming her car with his and causing severe damage to both vehicles.

He eventually cut his wife off at the Summerlin library, which is where police arrested him.

He was the owner of the recently-closed Pat Clark Motorsports. A second business, Pat Clark Auto Showcase, closed it's doors in 2009 after 67 years in business.

He has a preliminary hearing on April 25.
